4 TIPS FOR DCS SPARE PARTS MANAGEMENT

1.Storage

2.Regular Inspection

Every six months, all kinds of commonly used DCS spare parts are inspected. Of course, the cycle set by different companies is different, depending on the actual situation. The inspection contents are as follows:

3.Preparation Before Use

Before running, you must check whether the communication port, I/O function and control algorithm function meet the requirements; check the module status on the engineering station to meet the requirements; load the configuration in the module and check if it is correct.

4.Usage Record

In actual use, the module address and other switches should be set. After confirming the relevant personnel, the correct mold position can be inserted and the record card can be filled out.
